HARMAN International has launched the JBL GO 2 in India. It is a portable, compact Bluetooth speaker that is waterproof with the IPX7 rating. Since it is Bluetooth, users can wirelessly stream music or with a wired connection from any smartphone or tablet.
The company claims that it can last up to 5 hours on continuous playtime. It also comes with built-in echo and noise canceling speakerphone offering crystal clear phone call experience. The JBL GO 2 packs a block-shaped design with soft, curved edges.

WhatsApp is rolling out yet another beta update bringing the version number to V2.18.159. This update hints at two new features; new contact shortcut and media visibility.
The new Media visibility feature allows you to choose the visibility of shared media. You can modify the settings from WhatsApp Settings, Data and Storage Usage, where you will have a new option called Media visibility. Enabling this option will show all the downloaded media in a gallery outside of WhatsApp. Disabling this will hide the downloaded media in the gallery which is obvious. While you can see the media within the app, it won't be visible in the gallery. This might not be available for everyone yet.
Next on the list is the new contact shortcut, addition to new group, similar to the WhatsApp for iOS app that is available on Android as well. Pressing this shortcut will help you in quickly creating a new contact. If you are a WhatsApp beta tester, you can download the update from Play Store or from APK mirror here.

Microsoft is bringing a very interesting feature to its SMS Organizer app; the app can now deliver your CBSE Class 10, Class 12 board exam results directly to your inbox even when you are offline. Instead of refreshing your browser to check results, you can register on the app to get them delivered directly.
Microsoft had partnered with CBSE to display the board exam results on bing.com back in 2016, and is now extending the experience to Microsoft SMS Organizer as well.
To get your results, firstly you need to have
SMS organizer app installed and then look out for the notification from SMS Organizer to register for CBSE results.
Click on the notification and register with your details like your roll number, school code, and date of birth to complete registration.
Once you are registered, on result day, you will get a notification of your result, and you just have to click to see your scorecard.
This is really an easy way to get your results delivered directly to your mobile as soon as they are released. This works even without an internet connection on result day.

U.S Jury after nearly five days of deliberations has decided that Samsung should pay $539 million to Apple over patent retrial. This ruling comes seven years after the start of a global patent battle. Apple had filed for patent battle back in 2011 on Samsung mobiles and tablets for bluntly copying its products.
Although Samsung was found liable in a 2012 trial, a disagreement over the amount to be paid bought the current trail to picture where arguments ended on May 18. To remind you, Samsung had previously paid $399 million over patent infringement, but the company requested to re-examine the decisions made in the patent infringement lawsuit against Apple. However, the jury has been deliberating the case since last week.
Samsung had already paid Apple $548M for infringing company’s smartphone patents including $399 million for products that infringed the design patents plus more for infringing a utility patent. Though it paid, it appealed the same in Supreme court who ruled in December 2016 that Samsung did not have to pay $399 million of that amount to Apple. While the case is again sent back to lower courts to figure out which specific patents should be considered along with the final penalty figure.

A weird bug on WhatsApp is allowing blocked parties to send messages and view profiles according to reports of few users. The issue seemed to be a server-side bug and was first highlighted by renowned tipster WABetaInfo on Twitter. However, WhatsApp spokesperson has acknowledged the issue and said: “We are aware of the issue and are rolling out a fix.”

There were multiple reports from users on Twitter regarding the weird bug on WhatsApp which indicates that this isn't OS dependent or region related as it is from the server-side. It is already known that Huawei is working on a foldable smartphone that might be launched sometime this year or early 2019. Today, new reports emerge from Korea’s ET News outlet who claims that Huawei has teamed up with Chinese display maker BOE to supply the display for an 8-inch foldable smartphone.
This new report comes just over a month after we learned that the company might push forward the foldable phone launch date to November to have upper hand against Samsung. Motorola has scheduled an event in Brazil on June 6th where the company is expected to launch the Moto Z3 Play. The smartphone has been in the news for quite some time now and most of the specifications and press images are already out in the open. The company has started sending out media invites, but as expected there is nothing in the mail that links to the Z3 Play launch.
The Motorola Moto Z3 Play was spotted back in March passing through the FCC. The FCC certification has revealed specifications which said that it will come with a 6.1-inch Full HD+ display and will be powered by the Snapdragon 636 SoC, 4GB RAM with 32GB or 64GB storage variants. Vivo has announced Y83, the company's latest mid-range smartphone in the 'Y Series' in China. It comes with a 6.22-inch HD+ screen with 19:9 aspect ratio and minimal bezels, and it is the world's first smartphone to be powered by MediaTek's latest Helio P22 Octa-Core 12nm SoC that was introduced earlier this week.
