Hardware Where the M7 and M8 shattered the boundaries of what was possible with smartphone design, the Desire 310 is the polar opposite. The phone has a front design that is basically just the display and elements included above the screen. An HTC logo can be seen below the 4.5 inch panel. There are no capacitive buttons here as the phone makes use of onscreen controls. Up top, things are kept slightly fresh by including an earpiece grille in a shade ...

It has also quashed all penalties imposed by the Department of Telecom (DoT) on these operators last year. Back in March 2013 DoT asked Bharti Airtel to stop 3G services in 7 circles and asked them to pay Rs. 350 crore (Rs. 50 crore per circle) for illegal roaming pact with Vodafone and Idea . The DoT had also asked Vodafone India and Idea Cellular to stop 3G services outside their licensed zones, and asked them to pay Rs. 550 and Rs. 300 crores, for violating licence norms. Delhi High Court temporarily stalled the execution of DoT’s order until the final hearing, after Airtel appealed against it. Later it ordered Bharti Airtel not to extend its 3G Intra-circle roaming services to new customers in the 7 circles, where it did not have licences for 3G spectrum, but can continue offering services to old customers. These companies have be fighting against the penalties imposed by DoT for the past few months and appealed ...

It seems like Google is on a buying spree when it comes to patents. Recently, the search engine giant acquired Foxconn patents related to communication technology. Today, news is surfacing that Google has filed a patent to enhance its flagship wearable technology Google Glass. As per a report from GGlassDay, Google's latest filed patent shows that shows a pair of Glass that boasts of lens on each side covering both eyes, as opposed to just a single frame like it is right now. Moreover, the patents design suggests that the dual Google Glass can adjust display according to the image in the background, colour scheme and more. The features look quite advance and it might not be far away from being a reality. Earlier this month, Google launched a try and buy program for potential Google Glass buyers and announced Android 4.4 update with various new features to the Glass. Via
