Meizu just announced the 16X, the company's latest mid-range smartphone in China, after it got certified last month. It packs a 6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 90.62% screen-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 710 with 6GB of RAM and runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Flyme OS.
It has a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX380 sensor, 1.55μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture along with a 20-megapixel secondary telephoto lens with Sony IMX350 sensor for portrait shots and 3x loss-less zoom and a 20-megapixel front facing camera with AI beauty recognition and Face unlock, similar to the Meizu 16. With the success of OnePlus 6, the company has cemented its reputation for premium phones equipped with the high-end specification that sells much better than what the competition has to offer. Unlike other companies, OnePlus has confirmed a number of features about the phone even before the launch.

Google with Gboard V7.6 seems to be pushing the Floating Keyboard which was earlier spotted in Gboard v7.4. The update also hints at upcoming features like Halloween GIFs and new languages.
The floating keyboard works similar to other floating keyboards. Using a handle located at the bottom, it can be positioned anywhere and it also lets you resize to fill as much space as you need. If the keyboard is in an idle state without being touched for long enough, it will fade to about 50% opacity allowing the screen space behind it to show through.
The keyboard is fully functional and all the operations appear to be working normally, including glide typing, suggestions, different keyboards, etc. However, the feature isn't generally available just yet, users are reporting that it isn't available to them. Google is probably keeping it under wraps while testing is completed, then it will be enabled for everybody.
As for the feature hinting within the APP code, Google seems to be adding new Halloween Gifs since it is fast approaching. To fit the theme, Gboard might be adding a category for Halloween GIFs. Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched the F1 smartphone last month, and the phone first time on Flipkart and Mi.com from August 29th. These skins will cover only the back of the phone, so if you need protection for the sides, you need to get a case. The company bundles soft case in the box.

OPPO’s sub-brand Realme launched the Realme 2, the company’s second-generation smartphone in India last month. Both the smartphones have been listed online with images and complete specifications. Fujifilm India today has launched the X-T3 camera in the X Series mirrorless camera range. The X-T3 features the new X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and X-Processor 4 image processing engine. It is a compact mirrorless camera that features newly-developed back-illuminated 26.1-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor.
The company claims that the processor is s approximately 3 times faster than the current models. It is also the first APS-C mirrorless camera that is capable of recording 4K videos at 60fps 10-bit video. It also has an ISO of 160 and thanks to the Processor 4 image processing engine, it gets new monochrome adjustment" function to the Film Simulation modes.

Meizu today announced V8 and V8 Pro smartphones in China, both with 5.7-inch HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio displays. Both these run Android Oreo. The V8 Pro is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 12nm SoC and have 12-megapixel rear camera along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera for portrait shots, while the V8 is powered by a quad-core Quad-Core MediaTek MT6739 SoC and 13-megapixel single rear camera. Both these have a fingerprint sensor on the back and have a metal design.

Chinese handset maker Meizu today introduced the EP52 Lite earphones targeted at runners and outdoor users under the EP series. Since EP52 works over Bluetooth, it is completely wireless and at a mere 16 grams, these headphones are fairly lightweight as well.
Considering these earphones are waterproof (IPX5), the earbuds feature a nano-coating that makes it sweat and waterproof.
According to the specs sheet, the earphones use Bluetooth 4.2 with aptX, have an impedance of 32ohms, sensitivity of 106dB @ 1kHz, with a maximum power output of 10mW.
As per the company claims users will get about 8 hours of continuous music playback with a single charge, while they can function for 150 hours on standby while being hooked up to your phone via Bluetooth (Bluetooth 4.2 with aptX).
Along with the earphones, the company has launched Power Bank 3 with two-way fast charging technology. The 10000mAh power bank comes with two USB ports for charging multiple devices simultaneously. It measures 142x70.8x14mm and has an unibody metal design. It has 9V/2A 18W input so it can be charged fully in 3.5 hours. OnePlus has started teasing the company's upcoming OnePlus 6T flagship smartphone in India. The company shows a short TV ad during the India vs Pakistan Match on Star Sports. The ad featuring Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan who was roped in as the company's brand ambassador last year, even shows the back of the phone. It also shows curved glass screen with curved corners.
This reveal vertical camera arrangement, but it is not clear if it will have triple rear cameras like the OPPO R17 Pro. Even Amazon has also started teasing the OnePlus 6T, but it just says coming soon without revealing its design or features.

The phone expected to pack a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a water-drop notch, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset with up to 8GB RAM and it might run Android 9.0 (Pie) out of the box. Xiaomi launched the Mi 5 smartphone back in 2016 running MIUI 7 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), earlier this year it got the Android 8.0 Oreo-based MIUI 9.5 update as well as new features. After the Redmi Y2 and Redmi Note 5 Pro, the Mi 5 users have received the stable MIUI 10 OTA update from today.
The new update comes as MIUI 10.0.1.0.OAAMIFH and is 549 MB in size. This update still has August security patch. It brings major changes like Redesigned Notification Panel, Redesigned Volume Sliders, Improved multitasking management, natural sound system, and a lot more, for more details on MIUI 10 refer to this post.
You can download the recovery ROM here and flash it using the recovery method or fastboot ROM here and flash it manually. This is the third device to receive MIUI 10 based Global Stable update in India and other devices are expected to receive the update in coming days. Check out the changelog below,
