Amazon says that only limited stocks will be available.

Lenovo has sent out invites for the announcement of a new 'S series' smartphone in China on March 20th. Text on the invite translates to 'Think, it cannot be durable ? ? ?' which hints that the phone will have a slim, yet durable body.
The company's CEO Chang Cheng also teased good battery life for the phone and said that it will have offer the best experience that everyone wants to have. His weibo posts are from unannounced Lenovo S5 smartphone, so this will likely be the name of the phone that will be announced later this month.
Back in January, he had posted a teaser image of the bottom part of the back of a Lenovo smartphone that is curved and reflective, so the phone could come with a glass or a metal back.

Both are smart TVs and come with Patch Wall, a UI layer on top of the Android OS that’s based on deep learning AI technology that can curate content based on recommendations. It brings all the content from the STB and seamlessly integrates right on your homepage.
Xiaomi also said that these have 20W dome speakers that has been specifically introduced for the Indian market. These also have 3 HDMIs compared to two in the Chinese model. Unlike the Mi TV 4 that came with Mi Bluetooth remote, these come with 11-button Mi IR Remote.

Amidst the P20 launch, Huawei is also busy prepping the Y9 (2018) as it is now spotted passing through the FCC. It comes with 18:9 aspect ratio full-screen display, quad-cameras (two dual and two front cameras), a 3900mAh battery. According to a report, the Y9 (2018) was expected to go official on March 15th.
Going by the leaked images, the Y9 (2018) will sport a full-screen display, ultra-thin bezels on all the corners. It packs four cameras much like the recent phones from Huawei's Honor brand. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the rear including Huawei branding. The bottom side of the phone features a 3.5mm audio jack, a microUSB port, and an external speaker. Xiaomi today launched its new Mi TV 4A series in India. It released a 7 minute 38 second product video for the TVs. At the end of the video around 7 minute and 31 second mark it has teased a smartphone showing of only the side profile.
This shows that camera bump and two lines on the top and the bottom parts of the back, similar to the Redmi Note 5 that was introduced as Redmi 5 Plus in China, so this will likely be the Redmi 5, successor of last year's Redmi 4. It also mentions March 14th launch date for the smartphone. Hope we can expect dedicated SIM slots for the phone, like the Redmi 5A.

Huwei P20 Lite image and specifications surfaced last week after the phone got certified by the FCC last month, now the smartphone has been certified by TENAA in China with model numbers ANE-TL00 and ANE-AL00
confirming entire specifications of the phone as well as its notch design. This shows 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual rear cameras with Leica lenses and a 5.84-inch FHD+ display.
It also shows that the phone will just be 7.4mm thin and just 148.6mm tall, even though it has a 5.84-inch screen. This reveals a 24-megapixel front camera even though earlier rumors hinted at 8-megapixel and a some rumors said that it will have a 16-megapixel front camera.

WhatsApp V2.18.74 beta for Android brings adaptive launcher icon which is a part of the Android O. The latest icon looks almost similar to the one that we have seen years ago replacing the older more shadowy one.
WhatsApp rarely changes its identity, but falling in line with Android O, WhatsApp has made the icon more modern even if you don't like it. The new icon is similar to the old one, except that it is now placed in an encased mask that takes shapes depending on what you set your adaptive icons. If you're using a launcher that supports these icons you can now set it to default which is a circle, square, rounded square, squircle, and teardrop.
WhatsApp beta with version number V2.18.74 brings the new set of adaptive launcher icons. You can download the WhatsApp beta from Play Store if you're already a beta tester, if not you can grab the APK from here and side-load it manually.

According to Counterpoint, Global refurbished smartphone market was up 13% in 2017 with over 140 million units shipped. 2017 has been a complete contrast with the global smartphone market that grew a mere 3% last year and is outperformed by the refurbished smartphones.
Refurbished phones are usually pre-owned smartphones that are rejuvenated or repaired to be sold again in the market. According to Counterpoint, a total of 25% of pre-owned phones are sold in the market. These sales depend on available quantity, demand for a specific model or variant including color, storage, and brand.
Of all the refurbished brands, Apple and Samsung dominated the market much like the new smartphone market. The two brands combined hold responsible for close to three-fourths of the refurbished smartphone market. However, Apple leads by a significant margin and in terms of revenue, the two smartphone giants generate more than 80% of the revenue in the refurbished smartphone market.

Netflix has announced that it would bring the mobile previews for TV shows and movies with Vertical Video in April. This video preview will show a 30-seconds video sample of the content and are displayed as a vertical video. Netflix introduced the Mobile preview to TV back in 2016.
Netflix says that mobile previews will be an intuitive way to discover, browse less, and watch more content on the app. These previews will be integrated into the main home screen of the mobile app with round icons much like Instagram stories. Users can watch through the 30-second preview or swipe through them to explore more. During the time of launch, Netflix will have up to 75 of such previews to swipe through at a time.
Netflix mobile previews will be rolled out to iOS first and will gradually roll out to Android as well. These previews are mobile-optimized by design and are personalized. The company says that it did rounds of testing to understand better what type of video is most compelling and useful for the
smartphone experience. With more than 50% of Netflix members using mobile devices to access the service on a monthly basis, it is a useful inclusion.

Speedtest app is one such application we turn to test out internet speeds be it broadband or LTE speeds. The company today has rolled V4.0 that brings brand new design reminiscent of iOS that received the update back in December. This is the first major design change for the Android app since I have been using the old design with yellow Begin test button.
The new interface is much more refined, clean with a dark navy-indigo background, similar icons, and thinner fonts. According to the changelog, the app brings all-new design with improved user experience, it now measures packet loss & jitter. The U.I now makes it easier server selection with built-in search and also adjust the Speedtest gauge to use Mbps or MB/s, or increase the scale for higher speed connections from the settings.
The navigation bar menu now doesn't have the 'about' icon instead it just retains the Speed, Results Coverage, and Settings. The new interface subtly displays the speed results, however, we would have liked if it had a slightly bold font. The update is now available on Play Store, if you're not able to see the update, you can always grab the APK and side-load it.

Microsoft today announced that its next major Windows 10 update will include more artificial intelligence capabilities as it unveiled a new AI platform; Windows ML for developers. This new platform will help developers create Windows 10 app that will leverage on the existing pre-trained machine learning models in apps.

Vivo V9, the successor of V7 surfaced in live images earlier this week revealing full-screen display with a notch. It was also seen in some promo shots revealing dual rear cameras. Now a new report says that the phone will launch in India on March 27th and will cost Rs. 25,000, higher than the V7 and V7+ that were launched at Rs. 18,990 and Rs. 21,990, respectively.
The notch only has an earpiece, front camera and sensors. The teaser already confirmed 24MP front camera for the phone, similar to the V7. A new teaser image from Vivo Indonesia's official social channels once again confirms it and calls it 'new 24MP selfie' so it might be an improved version present in the V7. It is not clear if the phone will have HD+ display, similar to the predecessor or if Vivo will move to a Full HD+ display.
We should know more details about the smartphone in the coming weeks. The phone is also expected to be announced in other Asian countries such as Indonesia around the time.

Google will soon make it easier to save and export passwords .csv file format. This will make it easier to export the password to another password manager. This feature is currently live in the Chrome Dev channel version.
Users who are in the Chrome Dev version will now be able to find the “Saved Passwords” and click “Export passwords” to download the file. Since this is in developer mode, it is not available to everyone just yet. The news is revealed by the Chrome evangelist Francois Beaufort on Google+. However, he doesn't mention any time frame for the public roll out, but since it is in developers mode, the feature might make it way in next Chrome public release.
However, in case if you wish to test it out now, you can opt-in for the dev mode and search for "passwords" in Chrome settings. The exported file will be in.CSV format which is globally compatible with other password managers as well.

After Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa and Rajasthan, Vodafone has launched its VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) services in Haryana in India. It is currently available in Panipat, Sonipat, Yamunanagar, Ambala and Rohtak, and will gradually roll out across other cities in the state.
“Conversations will sound more natural, almost as if the person at the other end of the phone call is right next to you. Also, with Vodafone Super VoLTE, you can surf at 4G speeds even while being on a phone call,” said Vodafone.
If you have a VoLTE enabled handset, you can SMS 4G CHECK to 199 to know if you your smartphone is Vodafone Super VoLTE compatible. If you have Dual SIM handset, Vodafone SIM should be inserted in the SIM slot with data capability and network mode should be set as “4G/3G/2G (Auto)”.
Vodafone already said that it will roll out VoLTE in Karnataka and Kolkata soon, and will extended the service across the country in a phased manner over the next few months. You can check out the list of Vodafone VoLTE supported devices here.

Xiaomi outshined Samsung in Maharashtra which alone amounted to 13.7% of the sales during the last quarter of 2017. According to CMR, Xiaomi sold over 31.2% of the Smartphones during the period compared to Samsung which sold 15.3%.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was the top selling phone and the company has opened two Mi Homes in the state in October and November 2017. This helped the company in strengthening its presence and access in the state in the offline market. In January 2018, it opened its third Mi Home in the state in Thane.

ZTE's Nubia brand has introduced three new Nubia N3 smartphone, successor of last year's Nubia N2 in China. It packs the same 5000mAh battery, but this has a larger 6.01-inch FHD+ full-screen display, is powered by Snapdragon 625 with 4GB of RAM. It has dual rear cameras, but the rear camera specifications are not available yet.
