Huawei just announced Huawei Watch, the company's first Android Wear smartwatch at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. It has a 1.4-inch (400 x 400 pixels) circular AMOLED display with 10,000:1 high contrast ratio offering a fully circular 42mm diameter design, scratch-proof sapphire crystal lens and has cold-forged stainless steel frame. It has built-in heart rate monitor, 6-Axis motion sensors, heart rate monitor and has over 40 watch faces.
It is made of more than 130 components, has a crown, frame and hinge built from high-quality and scratch resistant cold-forged stainless steel making it 40 percent harder, says the company. It uses magnetic charging but no details about the battery capacity.

Huawei just announced the MediaPad X2, the company’s latest phablet and the successor of last year's MediaPad X1 at the Mobile World Congress 2015. It has the same 7-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels) IPS display, but this is powered by a 2.0 GHz Kirin 930 64 bit octa-core processor and runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with Huawei’s own Emotion UI 3.0 on top. It has category 6 LTE support that would offer speed up to 300 Mbps.
It has a 13-megapixel rear camera BSI sensor, LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, similar to its predecessor. It also has voice calling capabilities.

HTC is foraying into the popular wearable fitness market. The company has taken wraps off its first wearable fitness tracking that is dubbed as Grip.
Announced at the MWC 2015, the fitness tracker is GPS enabled and is the first product under the partnership with Under Armour. Grip sports a 1.8 inch curved PMOLED display that allows users to check, time, distance and notifications. It is compatible with iOS (iOS 7 and above) and Android (4.3 and above) and Bluetooth enabled accessories. Grip will use UA Record system to track runs and other workouts and offer additional performance data to the Under Armour Connected FitnessTM platform. It also connects to an assortment of external heart rate monitors, including the Under Armour A39.

HTC has announced Vive virtual reality (VR) headset in partnership with Valve. It uses Valve’s Steam VR tracking and input technologies and is designed by HTC. It offers Full Room Scale 360 Degree Solution with Tracked Controllers so that you can get up, walk around and explore your virtual space, inspect objects from every angle and truly interact with your surroundings, said the company.

HTC finally took wraps off the much anticipated One M9 at MWC 2015. We have already seen the hands on and first impression of the phone. Now lets take a look at the hardware of the phone in this photo gallery post.
The HTC One M9 sports a 5-inch Super LCD3 display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and accounts to a pixel density of 441ppi. It is powered by Snapdragon 810 chipset that comprises of four Cortex A57 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and another four Cortex A53 cores running at 1.5GHz. The phone has a 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage that can be expanded upto 128GB via micro SD card slot. Running on Android 5.0Lollipop, it has a Sense 7.0 UI on top.
The One M9 has a UltraPixel front facing camera with BSI sensor, f/2.2, 27.8mmlens, 4K video recording. It has BoomSound speakers next to sensors.
The BoomSound speakers are also present at the bottom of the display after the HTC branding. It has on screen touch buttons.

Lenovo has announced Tab 2 A8 in the A series with voice calling capabilities. It has a 8-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD display, is powered by a quad-core MediaTek processor and Android 5.0 (Lollipop). It has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
It comes with dual SIM support, 4G LTE connectivity and also comes in WiFi variant. It comes with dual front-facing stereo speakers and even has Dolby Atmos, offering a moving audio experience over headphones where sound seems to come from all directions, including overhead.

Samsung has announced a new mobile payment service and it is dubbed as Samsung Pay. The new payment platform will work on both Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge.
Samsung Pay allows consumers to use their mobile device to pay for purchasing items. The platform will let you enter your credit card info to pay at existing point-of-sale terminals. Samsung leverages both Near Field Communication (NFC) and a new proprietary technology called Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) to make mobile payments more accessible to merchants and consumers than ever before.

SanDisk Corporation just announced 200GB SanDisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I card, Premium Edition, the world’s highest capacity microSD card. It introduced 128GB SanDisk Ultra microSDXC card last year. Even though most smartphone manufacturers say that they support expandable storage only up to 128GB, some companies like LG said that their LG G3 smartphone supports up to 2TB, which is the maximum capacity a microSD can offer currently, other high-end smartphone with likely support this 200GB card.

Samsung has announced new and improved Gear VR headsets that works with the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. The Gear VR Innovation Edition is the successor to the Gear VR announced last year for the Galaxy Note 4.
The Gear VR Innovation Edition is optimized for both the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge, and its 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display. Samsung claims that the new Gear VR will offer improved high resolution movies, TV shows, VOD services and photos. The headset is 15% lighter than the Gear VR for easier long-term wearing and Samsung said that it has redesigned the straps that offer "better weight balance,". The company has also introduced mechanical ventilation to make it more comfortable to use the Gear VR for longer periods.
Samsung has added USB compatibility for the Gear VR and hence it can now be powered with its USB port for extended usage time. The Gear VR Innovation Edition comes in Frost White but there is no information about pricing and availability of the device.

ZTE has announced Grand S3, successor of last year's Grand S II smartphone at the MWC 2015. The main highlight of the smartphone is its Eyeprint ID password-free eye-based biometric unlocking solution from EyeVerify. It works by imaging unique vein patterns in the human eye using the smartphone's front facing camera, says the company.
