It often boggles us to hear about the high price tags all the smartphone spares carry. However, there is no telling how much a specific part would cost you and most of us go by the word from the service team. As it turns, more often than not, we wouldn't even know if we are being charged the official price by the service centers. So, to stop consumers from getting ripped off, Xolo has come up with a list that reveals the exact price tag of each of the spare parts that’s being used on the company’s product. The good news is the catalog has all the supplementary components listed for all its mobile phones released till date. Xolo is the first company to do something like this and we really appreciate it. We also hope that other manufacturers take a leaf out of Xolo’s book and start listing the final costs of the spare parts used in their smartphones. If you own a Xolo device and if it ends up in a service center, then do check the source link below to know the official pricing of the spare parts used, before you clear your bills. Soon to release Meizu MX4 glimpsed yet again

Chinese makers have been making quite a lot of noise of late. In fact, the last two or three 'exciting' releases have all come from the Far East -- Xiaomi Mi 3 (Mi 4 as well), OPPO Find 7 and of course, the OnePlus One. Another exciting Chinese phone is due for a release soon. This time its from Meizu, a company that specializes in media products. The upcoming flagship -- the Meizu MX4 -- is in for a release within the next two weeks, but the company seems to have spilled the beans already. What we see here is a Meizu phone that is very uncharacteristic of the company; this because most Meizu phones of the past have been complete lookers, while this one will hopefully make performance its home. Having said that, it's worthy to notice that the MX4 (or a variant thereof) will come with a fingerprint scanner, a first for Meizu. We're expecting to see a handful variants of the MX4, so we're not quite sure which end of the spectrum this will belong to. But the fingerprint recognition makes us believe it's going to be more on the higher side. Via
