Samsung is very well known for using an established design across the range of its devices. Last year in September at IFA, Samsung introduced the third iteration of their very successful Galaxy Note series in the form of Galaxy Note 3. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 marked an important step for Samsung in terms of product design as it dumped the glossy plastic back and used a faux leather finish with stitched leather design. Knowing Samsung very well, we speculated a lot of devices with a similar design language and as always Samsung started using the same design language across its products. A mid-range smartphone Galaxy Grand 2 came with the faux leather back and then a black variant of the Galaxy S4 was released with faux leather back. A slightly bumped down Galaxy Note 3 was released as Galaxy Note 3 Neo with a similar faux leather back. During CES 2014, Samsung also demoed a series of tablets with the same faux leather back. Also a faux leather back Chromebook is rumored to be in the work. Samsung seems to be also using a similar design for its accessories as a power bank with a faux leather back was spotted on the ...

Spotify, one of the world's leading streaming music services, has long neglected the Windows Phone platform, even when it already had an archaic version for the yesteryear Windows Phone 7 operating system, but times are a changing. A much needed makeover has finally happened and the update is now available for all Windows Phone 8 users. The update not only includes a visual makeover, but also new features of the service like "Spotify Radio", a Pandora-like auto-recommendations. But the biggest catch is, the app still requires you to have a premium account, whereas free streaming is available on other platforms since the end of last year. We should hopefully see another update to address this issue. What’s new in Spotify 3.0? - Completely redesigned to bring you fresh, clear, and fast way to find the music you love - Spotify radio comes to Windows Phone! Pick a track, artist, or album and Spotify will find similar music – it’s like having your own personal radio station! - Find and explore new music with personalised recommendations in Discover, or browse top playlists in Browse - There are known issues with Facebook two factor authentication.  These issues will be fixed in a future update. The changelog above elaborates ...

iBerry, a manufacturer known for earlier products like the Auxus Nuclea N1 and the Nuclea N2, is now into tablets, with the Auxus Core X8 3G being one of them. Popcorn time, a popular and upcoming streaming service for pirated movies and TV shows, has just launched itself as an app on Android. The app has already been pulled from the Google Play store but the APK has been made available on the service's website, which already caters to the desktop platforms with respective apps. Touted to be a Netflix-like service for pirated content, the platform is based on a P2P network, and so, it manages to stay up, using the longstanding copyright loophole that the service doesn't host content, but the many of its anonymous users do. This is very much like a torrent service, but you can stream the movies instead of downloading them. All the movies are available in 720p and 1080p as streams and it is possible to even choose different streams on the service. Anyway, here is a video of the app announcement - httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtcTz-CPesQ The Popcorn Time app will be practically the same as its desktop counterparts, with a big list of thumbnails for movies as well as TV shows. The app will contribute to the same P2P platform and hence, grow the user base, which is obviously what the pirating community wants. On the other ...
