Intex Cloud Y4 surfaced  online back in October last and went on sale after sometime. Today, Intex Cloud Y4+, a slightly enhanced variant of the Cloud Y4 has been spotted on the official website. BSNL Champion DM6513 with 6.5-inch display, Android 4.2 launched for Rs. 6999

BSNL, State Owned Telecom Operator has partnered with Champion to launch BSNL Champion DM6513, a 6.5-inch phablet. The display resolution is unknown. It is powered by a dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. BSNL partnered with Champion to launch BSNL Champion My Phone SM3512 and SM3513 earlier this year. It partnered with Pantel Technologies to launch Penta Smart PS650 with a 6.5-inch screen last year. It packs 3500 mAh battery, that promises 4 hours of talk time and has a micro SD expansion slot, but details about RAM and internal storage are not available yet. Amazon unveiled the New Kindle Paperwhite back in September last year, and announced that it would get Goodreads and FreeTime features in a software update. The New Paperwhite got the these features in an update in November, but the company did not announce these features for the first Generation Paperwhite. Pebble app store arrives for Android, Gets eBay and Evernote apps

Pebble, the company's behind the most popular smartwatch has finally released their app store for Android on Google Play. The Pebble app store for iOS was released last month, and a beta version of the Android app was introduced alongside. The company had been updating the Pebble beta app for Android with new features and fixes since then, and the Android Beta 11 was the most recent beta version, that was released earlier this week. The Pebble app store is integrated in the Pebble app for Android, that also has Watchfaces and native apps like mini games. Pebble has also announced three more partners, eBay, Evernote and Time Warner Cable. iberry launched the Auxus Nuclea N2 smartphone, successor of the Nuclea N1 back in January. We already brought you the unboxing of the Nuclea N2 earlier this week. Here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. It is powered by a Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor which as 8 ARM Cortex-A7 CPUs, each clocked at 1.66 GHz and is based on 28nm HPM. Once the era of CDs was over, DVDs took over and the Blu-Rays have failed to catch up ever since because of the rise of portable devices like smartphones and tablets. The need for optical discs has drastically reduced over the past of couple of years and in almost a dying industry Sony and Panasonic have announced a new type of disc called as Archival Discs. With the Archival Discs, Sony and Panasonic are hoping that in the coming years, these Archival discs will set the tone for optical discs. They have released a roadmap that shows optical discs with capacities ranging from 300GB to 1TB. The plan for the companies is to release the 300GB variant during summer 2015. Nokia X+ and Nokia XL Android smartphones coming to India within 60 days

Today, at the Nokia X launch event in India, Nokia has announced that both the Nokia X+ and the Nokia XL, dual SIM Android smartphones would be available in India within the next 60 days.  Both these phones were announced at the Mobile World Congress 2014 at Barcelona last month, along with the Nokia X, and are based on  Android Open Source Project (AOSP). The Nokia X+ is similar to the Nokia X, but this packs 768MB of RAM, instead of 512 MB on the Nokia X. The Nokia X+ has a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) display and the Nokia XL has a 5-inch (800 x 480 pixels) display. Google to launch Android SDK for wearables in a couple of weeks

Ever since the Sundar Pichai, Head of Chrome, took over Android, things have hinted that Google is moving more towards a Chrome centric future rather than an Android centric future. But as a turn of events, Sundar Pichai has announced that Google will be releasing an Android SDK for wearables in two weeks time. Although he mentioned that Android SDK would be coming for wearables, there was no mention or no information about the rumored Google Smartwatch. Sundar Pichai spoke about Google at the broader wearable technology and he even hinted that a smart jacket powered by Android could be coming(although it could be a sarcastic joke). Sundar Pichai had announced about the development during SXSW at Austin, Texas. According to a Google spokes person, there won't be a huge event when Google announces the SDK for wearable devices. Pantech Vega Iron 2, upcoming smartphone from the Korean manufacturer would be the first smartphone to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, according to a report from a Korean website Techorz. The smartphone recently appeared on red dot design website with the model number IM-A910 S,K,L along with an image. This indicates that the phone would launch on all three Korean carriers S (SKT), K (KT) and L (LG U +). The phone would have a metal ring around the display and would be 7.9mm thin.
